Moore is the Governor for the Academy of Arts and Sciences (The Emmy's) Stunt Peer Group. She is also a board member of the Stuntwomen's Association of Motion Pictures and a two-time nominee for the Taurus World Stunt Awards. Dorenda is the first and only woman to win an EMMY for Outstanding Stunt Coordination.
