GENE FOLKES, APPRENTICE, NOT GUILTY

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) July 13, 2011 --
McKinney, TX (June 20, 2011) This afternoon, a Collin County jury handed down a unanimous Not Guilty verdict on all counts to Gene Folkes, Season 10 ‘Apprentice’ contestant.

Although this has been a challenging and arduous process for Mr. Folkes, he feels completely blessed and vindicated that the jury of his peers was able to glean the truth from the case and definitively found in Mr. Folkes’ favor – not guilty. Mr. Folkes is focused upon the future and the myriad opportunities that lie before him for many years of success. He hopes and prays that we can all learn from this experience and strive to be more civil and decent toward one another. Mr. Folkes is optimistic that all media outlets will report his exoneration with the same level of zeal and law enforcement and policy makers will re-examine existing procedures to prevent misuse and abuse of the system in the future.
“I am so grateful of the outcome of my trial and am attentive to the future. I am hopeful that the justice system and law enforcement procedures will be reviewed and overhauled to safeguard against further situations to my own.” – Gene Folkes
